Women's Health Trainer and Entrepreneur Inspires Others with New Release, GrowFit with the Ball

Deborah Newman shares, "I am passionate about women's wellness because there is so much information about fitness that is misleading and can be discouraging by setting up false expectations. I believe health comes in variable sizes & shapes and that fitness is a simple enjoyable part of life. Fitness isn't something you just get, you grow into fitness. The process is simple and it just takes time: eat well, exercise in moderation everyday and do something that re-creates life for you. Little healthy habits will grow into healthy results."

Her daily inspiration comes from the changing seasons of nature and the beauty in plants of all sizes & shapes. When you give plants a little wiggle room and a little daily attention, they delight you with varying beauty, even through changing seasons. Our bodies and our lives are just like that.

Deborah started her own fitness journey as a mom with three daughters, homeschooling and diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Today she owns GrowFit Studio, a personalized fitness destination situated on 100 scenic acres with fitness trails and beautiful exercise studio. Clients enjoy individual and/or private small group sessions working on all aspects of the GrowFit Process: aerobic conditioning, strength & flexibility through Pilates-based exercises, healthy eating habits, rest and stress management. With Take Home Tools and ongoing support, women learn to develop their own healthy lifestyle.

She works with clients with all different needs, goals and abilities. All women - but from all different fitness levels. I've especially enjoyed working with several Breast Cancer survivors, helping them regain balance, strength, flexibility and a new approach in caring for their body. Many of the exercises on GrowFit with the ball are enjoyed by these women after a few months of training.

With her recent DVD release, of Grow Fit with the Ball, Deborah inspires us, to get fit and health, available at Creekside Books & Coffee
